As autumn settles in, the ELENOR network gathered to chart its path forward. Representatives from five different countries came together to define four key focus areas for the coming year:
- Growing Together – Strengthening connections between network members and building bridges to other professional communities across Europe.
- Bringing Ideas to Life – Turning member proposals into concrete projects that create real impact in the field.
- Learning from Each Other – Creating dedicated spaces for peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, where professionals at all career stages can share expertise.
- Open Dialogue – Breaking down barriers through informal discussions where collaboration and new ideas can flourish freely.
The meeting revealed what matters most to network members: more face-to-face encounters, enhanced professional exchange, and better access to the collective knowledge already within the community. Several new discussion and meeting formats are in development based on this feedback.
