- Film: “Juli 76. Das Private ist Politisch” by Ulrike Schaz
Context: In 1976, women organized to support those affected by domestic violence. After years of struggle, Hamburg’s first women’s shelter received municipal funding in 1979. The film features voices from the founding era.
